The Service Provider (Brennan Brand Studio) agrees to design and deliver a complete brand identity system for the Client, including logo system, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines.
This agreement is effective from January 28, 2026 to April 28, 2026. The project includes discovery, concept development, refinement, and final delivery across a 3-month timeline.
The Client agrees to pay $5,000 for the complete brand identity project. Payment is due in two installments: 50% ($2,500) at project start and 50% ($2,500) upon final delivery.
Upon full payment, all brand assets become the exclusive property of the Client. The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio materials and case studies.
The project includes three concept directions and two rounds of revisions per selected concept. Additional revisions beyond the included scope are billed at $150 per hour.
