The Consultant agrees to provide quarterly strategic advisory services to the Client, including competitive analysis, growth strategy development, and monthly strategy sessions for ThreadLine's DTC expansion initiative.
This agreement shall be effective from January 15, 2026 to December 31, 2026, for a total engagement period of approximately 11.5 months.
The Client agrees to pay $8,000 per quarter, invoiced at the start of each quarter ($32,000 total). This includes 2 strategy sessions per month and unlimited email support.
All strategic deliverables, recommendations, and proprietary business information shared during this engagement remain strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Additional services beyond the defined scope will be billed at $350 per hour. Travel expenses for on-site workshops will be billed at cost with prior approval.
