The Coach agrees to provide personalized executive coaching sessions to the Client. Sessions will be scheduled weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, via video call or in-person at the Coach's office.
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a total of 24 sessions over 6 months.
The Client agrees to pay $699 per month ($4,194 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
The Coach agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, including proprietary business information. No client information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
