The Consultant (Mercer Strategy Group) agrees to provide operations assessment and optimization services to the Client, including process mapping, bottleneck analysis, system design, and embedded execution support.
This engagement is effective from February 5, 2026 to August 5, 2026. The project includes a 4-week diagnostic phase followed by 12 weeks of embedded execution and 8 weeks of transition support.
The Client agrees to pay $25,000 for the full engagement, payable in two installments: $12,500 at project start and $12,500 at the midpoint (Week 12). Travel expenses for on-site work are billed separately at cost.
The Consultant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary business information, financial data, trade secrets, and strategic plans disclosed during this engagement.
The engagement includes a written diagnostic report, operations playbook, implementation roadmap, and monthly progress reports. All deliverables become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment.
