The Service Provider (Osei Content Studio) agrees to provide monthly content production and strategy services to the Client, including short-form video creation, content calendar planning, and platform management.
This agreement is effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a 6-month retainer engagement with monthly deliverables.
The Client agrees to pay $3,000 per month ($18,000 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly scope includes 12 short-form videos, content calendar, and one strategy call.
Upon full payment, all produced content becomes the exclusive property of the Client. The Service Provider retains the right to use content samples in portfolio and case studies with Client approval.
Each video includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at $75 per video. The Client must approve content within 3 business days of delivery or it is deemed approved.
