The Service Provider (Pierce Experiences) agrees to design, produce, and manage a 2-day corporate team-building offsite for the Client's team (30 participants), including venue coordination, activity design, catering management, and day-of production.
Planning begins January 20, 2026, with the offsite scheduled for Spring 2026. Exact dates to be confirmed by March 1, 2026.
The Client agrees to pay $5,500 for the complete event experience for up to 30 participants. This covers concept design, vendor sourcing, venue coordination, and full day-of production. Venue rental and catering are billed separately at cost.
Cancellation more than 45 days before the event: full refund minus $750 design fee. 15-45 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. The Service Provider may reschedule due to force majeure.
The Service Provider carries event liability insurance. The Client is responsible for participant behavior and compliance with venue rules. All activities are voluntary.
