The Teacher agrees to provide weekly private piano lessons to the Student. Lessons will be scheduled weekly, each lasting 30 minutes, at Harmony Music Studio or via video call.
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a total of approximately 24 lessons over 6 months.
The Student agrees to pay $160 per month (4 lessons) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
The Student is responsible for purchasing required sheet music and practice materials as recommended by the Teacher. A list will be provided at the start of each term.
