The Coach agrees to provide personalized content strategy and creation coaching sessions to the Client. Sessions will be scheduled weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, via video call or at the Coach's studio.
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a total of 24 sessions over 6 months.
The Client agrees to pay $480 per month ($2,880 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
All course content, frameworks, and proprietary materials shared during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of the Coach. The Client retains ownership of all original work created during sessions.
