The Photographer (Voss Studio) agrees to produce a Spring/Summer lookbook for the Client (So. Label), consisting of 40 styled looks over 2 shoot days, including creative direction, on-set styling guidance, and professional post-processing.
The Photographer will deliver: 80+ edited high-resolution images (20+ selects per look), web-optimized versions, and 5 behind-the-scenes content clips for social media. Final gallery delivered within 14 business days.
The Client agrees to pay $3,800 for the complete lookbook production. This covers 2 shoot days, creative direction, post-processing, and digital delivery. Model fees, location rentals, and wardrobe styling are the Client's responsibility.
The Client receives a 12-month license for web, social media, and e-commerce use. Print advertising, billboard, and third-party licensing require separate agreement. The Photographer retains copyright and portfolio usage rights.
Cancellation more than 14 days before shoot: full refund minus $500 creative direction fee. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Weather-related rescheduling at no additional cost.
