The Tutor agrees to provide personalized private tutoring sessions to the Student. Sessions will be scheduled weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, at a mutually agreed upon time and location (in-person or online).
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a total of 24 sessions over 6 months.
The Client agrees to pay $400 per month ($2,400 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
The Tutor will not complete assignments or take tests on behalf of the Student. All tutoring is focused on teaching concepts and building independent learning skills.
