The Service Provider (Solaris Retreats) agrees to plan, coordinate, and facilitate a corporate wellness retreat for the Client's leadership team (12 participants), including venue booking, programming, catering, and facilitation.
Planning begins January 20, 2026, with the retreat scheduled for a 3-day, 2-night experience in Spring 2026. Exact dates to be confirmed by March 1, 2026.
The Client agrees to pay $8,000 for the complete retreat experience for up to 12 participants. This covers planning, venue coordination, facilitation, catering management, and post-retreat integration materials. Venue and catering costs are billed separately at cost.
Cancellation more than 60 days before the retreat: full refund minus $500 planning fee. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. The Service Provider may reschedule due to force majeure.
All participants must complete a health questionnaire before the retreat. The Service Provider is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions. Participants engage in all activities voluntarily.
