Meet Isla

For most of my twenties, I was a proud member of the 'I'll sleep when I'm dead' club. I built a career in management consulting running on 4-5 hours a night, mainlining coffee, and wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor. Then at 31, my body stopped cooperating. Chronic insomnia, brain fog, a weakened immune system, and an anxiety disorder that seemed to come out of nowhere. My doctor told me what I didn't want to hear: my sleep deprivation wasn't just making me tired — it was making me sick. Recovering my own sleep became a years-long project that led me to study behavioral sleep medicine, circadian neuroscience, and evidence-based coaching. I trained with leading sleep researchers and became the coach I wish I'd had when I was staring at the ceiling at 3 AM. Today I help high-achievers, shift workers, new parents, and anyone who's tired of being tired build sleep habits that actually stick — without medication, gadgets, or toxic positivity about 'just relaxing.'
