The Service Provider (Calloway Travel Co.) agrees to provide custom trip planning services to the Client, including destination research, itinerary design, accommodation and activity booking, restaurant recommendations, and on-trip support.
This agreement covers the planning and execution of one international family trip (Japan, 14 days). Planning begins January 15, 2026, with travel scheduled for April 2026.
The Client agrees to pay $500 as the trip planning fee. This fee covers all research, itinerary design, booking coordination, and on-trip WhatsApp support. Actual travel costs (flights, hotels, activities) are billed separately and paid directly by the Client.
The Service Provider will present recommended bookings for Client approval before confirming. Cancellation policies of individual hotels, airlines, and tour operators apply. The planning fee is non-refundable once the itinerary presentation has been delivered.
The Service Provider acts as a planning consultant and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes imposed by airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
