The Practitioner agrees to provide personalized holistic wellness sessions to the Client. Sessions will be scheduled weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, via video call or in-person at the Practitioner's studio. Services may include energy healing, herbal consultations, breathwork, and guided meditation.
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a total of 24 sessions over 6 months.
The Client agrees to pay $550 per month ($3,300 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
Holistic wellness services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical treatment. The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. The Client is encouraged to continue working with their medical providers.
