The Service Provider (Adler Workshop Co.) agrees to design and facilitate a creative team-building workshop for the Client's team (24 participants), including activity design, all materials, instruction, and studio setup.
Planning begins January 20, 2026, with the workshop scheduled for Spring 2026. Exact date to be confirmed by March 1, 2026.
The Client agrees to pay $3,600 for the complete workshop experience for up to 24 participants ($150/person). This covers facilitation, all materials, studio rental, and post-workshop takeaway packaging.
Cancellation more than 30 days before the workshop: full refund minus $400 preparation fee. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund. The Service Provider may reschedule due to force majeure.
All participants engage in workshop activities voluntarily. The Service Provider provides safety instructions and protective equipment. The Client is responsible for participant conduct and any allergies or medical conditions.
