The Service Provider (Hartman Copy Co.) agrees to provide professional copywriting services to the Client, including but not limited to website copy, email sequences, landing pages, and brand messaging documentation.
This agreement is effective from January 15, 2026 to July 15, 2026, covering a 6-month retainer engagement with monthly deliverables.
The Client agrees to pay $3,500 per month ($21,000 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly scope includes up to 3 copy projects.
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds may be arranged at $150 per hour. The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback within 5 business days.
Upon full payment, all copy and creative deliverables become the exclusive property of the Client. The Service Provider retains the right to display work samples in portfolio with Client approval.
