Apex Training Solutions agrees to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development program for Stratos Inc., including quarterly workshop series, assessment design, participant materials, and follow-up coaching sessions.
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, covering four quarterly training cycles of 4 workshop days each.
Stratos Inc. agrees to pay $12,000 per quarter ($48,000 total annually) for the program as described. Payment is due at the start of each quarter. Additional workshops or coaching sessions are available at the rates specified in Schedule A.
Individual workshop dates may be rescheduled with at least 14 days notice. Quarterly programs may be paused with 30 days notice but are non-refundable. Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days written notice.
Custom materials developed specifically for Stratos Inc. are jointly owned. Apex Training Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, assessments, and generic training content.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, participant data, assessment results, and program content shared during the engagement.
