How to Batch-Create a Month of Content in One Day

Stop scrambling for daily posts. Learn my batch-creation system that saves 15+ hours per week and keeps your content consistent.

Why Batching Changes Everything

If you're creating content one post at a time, you're leaving hours on the table every week. Batching — the practice of grouping similar tasks together — lets you film, edit, and schedule weeks of content in a single focused session. Most of my students cut their content creation time by 60% after adopting this system.

A simple setup is all you need for a productive batch day

Step 1: Plan Your Content Pillars

Before you hit record, define 3-5 content pillars that align with your brand and audience. For example: educational tips, behind-the-scenes, client stories, personal journey, and trending takes. Each piece of content should fit into one of these buckets.

Step 2: Script 15-20 Hooks

Spend 30 minutes writing hooks — the first line or visual that stops the scroll. Use formulas like 'The biggest mistake I see...' or 'Nobody talks about this but...' and keep a running swipe file of hooks that work in your niche.

Step 3: Film in Blocks

Set up your camera once and film all talking-head clips back to back. Change your shirt between takes so they look like different days. Then film all B-roll clips. This approach eliminates setup time and keeps you in a creative flow.

Step 4: Edit & Schedule

Use CapCut or Premiere Rush for quick edits. Add captions (they boost watch time by 20-40%), overlay text hooks, and choose trending audio. Schedule everything using Later or Meta Business Suite — then walk away and let the algorithm do its thing.
