Meet Nora

I spent 12 years in corporate leadership — climbing the ladder, hitting every target, and quietly falling apart. After my own burnout landed me in the ER with chest pains at 34, I realized I had become an expert at achieving and a complete beginner at living. That wake-up call led me to study nervous system science, somatic therapy, and evidence-based stress management. I trained under leading researchers in burnout recovery and resilience psychology. I became the coach I desperately needed but couldn't find. Today I help high-achievers break the cycle of chronic stress — not by doing less, but by learning to regulate their nervous systems, set real boundaries, and build lives that don't require recovery weekends. I've worked with executives, healthcare workers, attorneys, founders, and working parents. The patterns are different, but the solution is the same: you don't need more willpower. You need better tools.
