The Service Provider agrees to provide personalized private yoga training sessions to the Client. Sessions will be scheduled weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, for a total of 24 sessions over 6 months.
The Client agrees to pay $400 per month ($2,400 total) for the duration of this agreement. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
The Client acknowledges that yoga practice involves physical activity and assumes all risks associated with participation. The Service Provider is not liable for any injuries that may occur during sessions.
