With over 10 years of dedicated practice and teaching, I founded this studio to create a space where everyone can discover the transformative power of yoga. My journey began in a small ashram in Rishikesh, India, where I completed my first teacher training. Since then, I have studied with masters across Bali, Costa Rica, and Thailand, weaving together ancient traditions with modern wellness science. Every class I teach is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about touching your toes — it’s about what you learn on the way down. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, I’m here to guide you with compassion, presence, and a genuine love for this beautiful art.
