I spent years dieting, counting every calorie, and feeling guilty about food. I was a successful corporate lawyer running on caffeine and granola bars — until my body said enough. Chronic fatigue, digestive issues, and a relationship with food that was anything but healthy. That wake-up call led me to study nutrition science, earn my coaching certification, and eventually leave law to help others avoid the same spiral. I founded Monroe Nutrition with a simple belief: eating well shouldn't require a PhD or a private chef. It should feel natural, enjoyable, and sustainable. Over the past 6 years, I've coached 400+ clients through weight management, gut health recovery, sports nutrition, and emotional eating — all without restrictive diets or food guilt. I'm based in Denver and work with clients worldwide.
