Location & Parking Details

The workshop will be held at Stillpoint Studio, 1820 Blake Street, Suite 300, Denver. Free street parking is available on weekends. The nearest garage is at 1735 Champa Street ($8/day). Doors open at 8:30 AM.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a journal and pen. Yoga mats, blankets, and all breathwork props are provided. Lunch and snacks are included both days — please let us know about any dietary restrictions.
